You only need a blender. The more powerful the blender, the better, because then you can extract more vitamins and proteins from your food.  Banana and Pear with almond milk

  • 2 Bananas (without the banana peel);

  • 1 Pear (peeled).

  • 200 ml of Ice;

  • 1 slice of Beet (fresh, peeled);
  • 100 grams of Blackberries;

  • 125 grams of Blueberries;
  • 100 grams of Currants;

  • 1 slice of Lemon (peeled);
  • 2 Bananas (peeled).

  1. CARROTS & MINT & PUMPKIN
  • 200 ml of Water;
  • 200 ml of Yoghurt;

  • 2 Carrots;
